Terms of Service

1.1. Anonymous Registration: No personal data (such as an email or phone number) is required to use Privacy Layer. A random, unique code is generated for you upon registration.

1.2. Code Responsibility: You are solely responsible for keeping your code secure. If you lose it, we cannot restore access to your account or transfer your active subscriptions and tokens.

1.3. Account Deletion: You may initiate complete account deletion via the app. Depending on your subscription tier, all data will be permanently deleted either 1 or 30 days after the request.

We guarantee the highest level of privacy. Privacy Layer does not store activity logs, browsing history, IP addresses, metadata, or DNS requests. We do not track or monitor your online activities.

We offer several subscription tiers with different conditions. One active device equals one simultaneous connection.

Ultra / Max: Up to 5 active devices, with no traffic or speed limitations.

Pro: Up to 5 active devices. Speeds up to 1 Gbps with a 1000 GB monthly limit. If the limit is exceeded, additional traffic must be purchased using Tokens.

Go: Up to 2 active devices. The first 200 GB are provided at speeds up to 1 Gbps, followed by 300 GB at speeds up to 500 Mbps (total limit of 500 GB per month).

Free: 1 active device. Speed is limited to 150 Mbps. Traffic is limited to 20 GB per month, with a strict usage cap of 2 GB every 4 hours.

4.1. Users can purchase special Tokens in the Privacy Layer dashboard.

4.2. Tokens are used to purchase additional services, such as Heavy Traffic (traffic limit extensions), Dedicated IP, Residential IP, and other features.

4.3. The Token balance is tied to your unique code and is strictly non-transferable.

5.1. Payment Methods: We accept bank cards and cryptocurrencies (Bitcoin, Monero).

5.2. Third-Party Platform Purchases: Payments and refunds for subscriptions purchased through the App Store or Google Play are governed by the respective platforms' policies. Refund requests must be directed to Apple or Google.

5.3. Money-Back Guarantee (10 Days): If you purchased a subscription directly through our service using a bank card, you are eligible to request a full refund within 10 days of the purchase.

We strive to provide a high-quality service for all users. By using Privacy Layer, you agree not to use the service for:

• Sending spam, phishing, or engaging in fraudulent activities.
• Conducting DDoS attacks, hacking networks, or distributing malware.
• Accessing, storing, or distributing materials containing child pornography (results in immediate account termination).
• Any activity that violates applicable laws.

Violation of these rules reserves Privacy Layer the right to immediately terminate your account without a refund.

The service is provided on an "As Is" and "As Available" basis. We do not guarantee 100% uninterrupted server operation or specific speeds on every node at all times. You use the service at your own risk.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law, within the jurisdiction of Hong Kong. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Privacy Layer service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
